Group phase
- A match is played over one set to 6, possibly with a Champions Tie Break to 10
- The players independently agree the time and place of the match
- Each game won earns one point
- In the event of a G/V tie, the number of games won decides the number of games lost, otherwise a deciding match must be played
- The group phase ends on the cut-off date of 31.03.2025
- The first two players from each group advance to the elimination round
- If a player does not respond to a match request within 14 days(!), the match is considered lost for him/her
- If a player drops out, e.g. due to injury, the BIOSDB will first try to find a replacement player to take over the points. If this is not possible, a player from the same group will be drawn for the remaining matches. In this case, the BIOSDB will pay the hall costs.
If possible, use the games with entry in the claim pyramid!

Elimination round
- A match goes over 2 sets to 6, possibly with tie-break and champions tie-break
- The knockout round takes place from 01.04.2025 to 11.05.2025; semi-finals on <s>May 03/04</s>and the final on <s>May 10/11.</s> (still to be clarified)
- In the final round, a match date must be clarified within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the match being forfeited.
- A referee will be present at the semi-finals and final to decide.
Note: from 14.-27.04.2025 are Easter vacations!
